For almost 20 years, Steger Site Preparation has provided Tampa Bay and Central Florida with the very best site development services available. A critical component of our success is our important and hard-working estimating department. Meet our estimators – Jeff Daviau and Christie Self:

Jeff has been with Steger for only 2 years, but brings an additional 20 years of industry experience to the table. Jeff really likes the family style work environment at Steger which allows him to maintain a great work/life balance. According to Jeff, “When not spending time with my family, I like to play video games. Yes…even at 54, I like to play video games.”

Christie has a wealth of experience and has been with Steger since June of 2019. She has a great rapport with our clients and does a fantastic job developing accurate job estimations. “Since I started at Steger Site, it’s always been about learning something new all the time, asking questions if you don’t know the answer to something, and feeling like a family. Working at Steger Site feels like working with family.” says Christie.

When Christie isn’t working, she and her husband of almost 15 years spend time with their 14 year old son and their ‘Momma’s Boy dog’, Bocephus. They also enjoy volunteering with their son’s little league baseball team or school band.
